Welcome to my spot on the internet. Most of my articles will be notes on my Bible study. It helps me to understand things better when I make notes. The first several things that will be shared with you will be in the form of Newsletters. More than a few people have trouble with the King James English which puts the Bible in a form of English which is strange and hard for many to understand. My notes are in the easiest to understand words that I could find and every effort has been made to correct statements. Multiple versions of the Bible were used to better understand what the King James Version was saying on many subjects.
Every time that I read a book of the Bible, the Holy Spirit reveals new things to me so that no matter how many times that I have read a book, it is still new and exciting. The books that I have read the most are Colossians, Galatians, Ephesians, and Philippians. These are the books that give instruction in daily living. Colossians is my favorite book of the letters because of the way it presents the gospel and the atoning work of Christ. I Corinthians and II Corinthians cover everything from problems in the church to how to have a great marriage. How the church should act, care for each other, and seek God is discussed in I Thessalonians and II Thessalonians. Wise instructions for the believer and church leaders is found in I Timothy and II Timothy. Titus tells us what leaders should be. Philemon tells us how to ask a favor of others. James introduces us to a closer walk in Christ likeness. I Peter and II Peter encourage you to a deeper life in Christ. I John, II John and III John encourages you to examine yourself to determine if if you, "Walk as Jesus Walked." Build yourself up for the last times according to Jude.
For the books of Romans and Hebrews, the files are a number of pages long and may require extra time if you are on a dial up connection.
These are the letters of the New Testament. After you read them in your Bible along with my notes, read them again and God will give you an even greater insight into His Word.
